Here is how to proceed to send a watch to our European workshop:

  1. Carefully pack the watch with its original strap, attached to the cushion in the Techné box. If you no longer have a branded box, email us to request a new one.
  2. Your country's postal service will give you a CN22 or CN23 green customs declaration sticker for oveseas shipments. Please make sure that you receive one and fill it in to declare the watch as a REPAIR with a total value of 35 USD, HS code 994899. Mark REPAIR in broad letters across the package. Please do not get creative and mark it as "gift" or "commercial sample" :-) Just stick to "REPAIR". We will refuse the package if our local customs asks the payment of import tax because of improper labeling. Thank you for your understanding.
  3. Use an ECONOMIC and traceable shipping method. It should not cost much more than EUR 25.
  4. Clearly indicate your NAME and ADDRESS on the package, this will help us keep track of the logistics.
